Every plan is the same product. The difference is scale, not a list of features withheld from the plan below it: you are not buying your way past a locked door.
Enterprise is individually quoted: additional security, integration and scale requirements, priced against what they actually are. We do not publish a number for it because there is not one.

How you actually buy it
Available through our partner network and sales team. Someone talks to you first about what you bid for, where, and at what size, because at these prices a subscription sold to the wrong company helps nobody.
After that conversation you get a written quote from RISO INTELLIGENCE LLP, a tax invoice, and access provisioned once payment clears. Billing is annual or quarterly; there is no monthly plan.
You pay RISO INTELLIGENCE LLP directly, against that invoice, through a secure payment link we send you (card, UPI or net banking) or by bank transfer. Payment is taken on our gated platform at sales.bidsaarthi.in; nothing is charged on this website and no card details are entered here. Partners never collect payment on our behalf.
Questions people ask before they buy
Can I buy this online?
No. There is no self-serve signup, no cart and no checkout, not on this website and not anywhere else. Every subscription starts with a conversation and is confirmed by a written quote and a tax invoice from RISO INTELLIGENCE LLP.
Is there a free trial?
No. We would rather show you the product against your own tenders on a call than hand you an empty account. There is no free tier, no time-limited trial and no card held against one. If you want to see it working before you commit, say so on that call; it is a fair thing to ask for, and it is arranged by the person you are speaking to rather than by a form.
What happens after I send the enquiry form?
It reaches us as an email. Nothing else happens automatically: no account is created, no payment is taken, and you are not added to a mailing list. Someone from our team or a partner near you then calls you on the number you gave. Our contact page says how quickly. If BidSaarthi is not right for your company, we will tell you so on that call.
How is it billed, and when does the term start?
Annual or quarterly, in advance, against a GST tax invoice. There is no monthly plan; the monthly figures above are there so the plans can be compared. Your term starts on the date access is provisioned rather than the date you pay, and the timings are set out in our terms.
Is GST included?
No. GST is added on the invoice at the applicable rate. Prices on this page are exclusive of it. Every payment is receipted with a GST tax invoice from RISO INTELLIGENCE LLP, GSTIN 21ABFFR1919P1ZZ.
Do I enter card details anywhere on this website?
No. This site takes no payments of any kind and carries no payment form, no gateway and no card field. The payment link is issued from our gated platform at sales.bidsaarthi.in, and the money goes to RISO INTELLIGENCE LLP directly.
How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?
You can stop at the end of your term. Subscriptions are non-refundable, and that is set out in full on our refund & cancellation policy, together with the cases in which money does come back, the ways to cancel and how long each step takes. Read it before you buy.
What do you do with the details I send you?
We use them to reply to you and to run your account, and for nothing else. We do not sell them and we do not advertise to you. What is collected, why, how long it is kept and how to have it erased are all in our privacy policy.
